Bill has been a designer "and putting ink on paper" for over 30 years. Regardless of the job he undertakes, this history of experience is integral in the need to have skills of accuracy and readability in the development of effective graphic design. Corporate, educational and scientific textbooks feature widely in Bill's portfolio. More recently the development of interpretive signage and internet page design are being promoted through his work. Bill has conducted training courses in Basic Field Mapping and Computer Mapping for the Goolburri Land Council in Toowoomba, Queensland. He has also undertaken teaching in Graphic and Digital Design at the Canberra Institute of Technology and is currently tutoring at the University of Canberra.
In 2004 Bill established a Creative Training Studio at Hall Village, teaching mainly the Adobe Creative Suite.
